Le Torte di Martina, located in Marina di Ragusa, is the result of Martina’s dream — a pastry chef who transformed her laboratory into a high-end pastry shop.
In collaboration with architect Alessandro Puglisi, Areasystem oversaw the development of the space, supplying elegant shelving, back counters, drop-in display cases, and Tekna Line vertical refrigeration columns, designed to optimize both product presentation and preservation.
Our team also managed the installation and commissioning of the laboratory, ensuring that all equipment was perfectly functional to guarantee the highest standards in the preparation and storage of ingredients — essential for fine pastry-making.
The bespoke shelving, characterized by clean lines and warm tones, has become a distinctive feature of the venue, giving it a welcoming and refined identity. Every detail was designed to highlight Martina’s creations, transforming the space into an environment that reflects passion and care, both for those who work there and for the customers who visit.
