We managed every stage of the project, from layout and furniture design to the development of 3D renderings and executive drawings for contractors.
Our work included the supply and installation of all equipment, followed by final commissioning and operational start-up, supported by cooking tests led by our chef Angelo Cafiso. All finishes and furnishings were crafted bespoke by our in-house carpentry workshop.
