Functionality and efficiency were the two key principles that guided us in the commercial renovation of Monumento Bar/Gelateria in Modica. We developed bespoke spatial solutions, designed the retail area furnishings, and selected the most suitable professional equipment to meet both production and sales needs. Everything was carefully planned to deliver a seamless in-store experience, while also optimizing production processes.
