Alfredo Bistrot in Pozzallo is a venue where we worked on the kitchen design and supplied equipment for the cooking laboratory, retail area, and bar. We integrated a Mareno cooking suite along with Rational and Valko equipment to ensure high-quality cooking performance. The space is equipped with Elettrobar industrial dishwashers and a Bar Line unit for ice production. To guarantee a comfortable environment, we installed air treatment systems by TMI Air Builders. Alfredo Bistrot also features equipment and elements from Klimaitalia, Amitek, and Aspes. During the initial phase, we collaborated with the owners to develop the design concept, which was later customized together with the construction company ERREGGI, led by the Aprile brothers, who were responsible for the building works. Our chef, Angelo Cafiso, provided support during the first use of the equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient start-up. Alfredo Bistrot represents a perfect balance between vision and functionality, ready to welcome its customers.
