Passion Bistrot in Scicli was born from a complete renovation that transformed the space into a dynamic and welcoming environment. We designed both the production laboratory and the retail area, carefully overseeing every detail to optimize space usage and create a distinctive atmosphere.
In the laboratory, we installed an advanced ventilation system featuring a TMI Air Builders hood, ensuring consistently clean air and optimal efficiency. The space was also equipped with an iCombi combi oven and an iVario multifunctional system, tools that guarantee high quality and versatility in food preparation.
The retail area was enhanced with a custom-made wooden counter and shelving, designed to showcase the products effectively while giving the space a refined and unique character. Additionally, a display case was installed to highlight the products in an inviting way, creating an extra point of attraction for customers.
Every detail was carefully designed to offer customers an engaging and high-quality experience.
